THE ADVENT OF HIFU AT KAIRUKI HOSPITAL LED TO A TECHNOLOGICAL REVOLUTION OF HEALTH SECTOR IN AFRICA
Kairuki Hospital is about to start providing a service to remove tumors from the body without doing surgery.
The service that will bring a revolution in the Health Sector will be provided using a very modern machine called High Intensity Focused Ultrasound HIFU, which removes various tumors including Uterine Fibroids, Breast Tumors, Bone tumor, Liver Cancer, Uterine Adenomyosis and Pancreatic Cancer, Placenta Accreta, Cesarean Scar, Retroperitoneal Sarcoma and other Solid Tumors.
This service will be the first to be provided by Kairuki Hospital in East Africa whereby Tanzania will become the fourth country in Africa being preceded by Egypt, Nigeria and South Africa.
Therefore, This service that goes hand in hand with the revolution of Science and Technology will be provided from January 2024.
